The Last Duel 2021
It’s a no from me. I believed Marguerite before I entered that cinema. I did not have to bear witness to her rape twice to believe her. Within #WeBelieveYou the whole point is you’ll never really know what happened- the onus is on you to believe the victim and their truth. Also I used to find comfort in seeing Adam Driver on screen but now I just want to avoid him. Maybe I’m just a little sensitive potato but movies aren’t supposed to traumatize its viewers.
