Bad Boys for Life 2020
You know how when you photocopy a copy and the quality just gets worse the more copies you make? This kinda felt like that. Fallah and Arbi do absolutely nothing new but they do it at the same high octane frenzy that Michael Bay did; just not as good. It’s got some hilarious moments, It’s balls to the wall bonkers, and it’s absolutely fucking ridiculous.
Basically just what I needed to melt my brain in the middle of this quarantine.

Dead Kids 2019
I couldn't really find much wrong with Dead Kids. It's tight and flows well without being exceptional. Its strength lies in the young cast who were seriously impressive. My main problem was that Sue Ramirez felt incredibly under utilized. You could have removed her character entirely and it wouldn't have made a difference to the story; which is a shame because she shined during her brief moments on screen.
