In depth log cs I was hyped for this movie,
Captain America is still alive in anthony mackie, and he shines in this movie. I felt myself rooting for him and his cause… he has certain level of compassion I think makes his Captain America stand out from Chris Evan’s (no disrespect). Supporting cast all have good performances, great villain to have… I think it’s a cool concept to have Ross go from perusing the hulk to watching him dismantle…

I see what taylor swift meant….
To be fair, a good movie with an interesting character. The movie’s mission is to make you feel uneasy with the main character’s actions and motive’s . Showing signs of no empathy as he tears and controls people for his own personal benefit… nightcrawler is a villain more than a hero and to root for him and his quest for power is morally questionable. Seeing this movie without any context of plot throws you for a wild ride.
This movie is way deeper than just the surface level “sex movie”. Surprisingly deep, emotional, and tragic, this movie’s surrealism hits hard at moments that just make you say DAMN. From a bubbly beginning transitioning into a devilish nightmare for the mid-section of the movie, to somehow coming up with an optimistic ending.
