I’m impressed how well they’ve knocked it out of the park. The story is so much more focused and still so thrilling considering it’s been 5 years since Grand Maison was last on air.
Really incredible how they’re addressing the issues faced by restaurants during the pandemic but also in a meta-textual way answering the question of “Should there be a sequel to Grand Maison Tokyo?” “Can Grand Maison Tokyo still deliver the same spark as it used to?”

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga 2024
Great start, horribly paced middle, and a fantastic end. Really loved Anya's take on Furiosa and Praetorian Jack, but what stood out to me was Chris Hemsworth actually acting for the first time in a while. Great to see him actually have fun!
Anya is a joy to watch on screen. So much intense moments given to challenge and stretch her as an actress. Most of my favorite moments are towards the last 30 minutes of the film, especially when it comes to action and sound melding together to make ✨cinema✨
