  Every time I watch this I find something more captivating than the last. Like there’s something new to focus in on. This most recent time was the usage of Sandy having a boyfriend she cheats on. I’ve seen this movie probably ten times and never cared to explore why that’s important at all to the plot. And who knows what David Lynch was ultimately wanting to explore there, but the use of parallels and showing Sandy isn’t the saint he lights her in is so *french kiss*. She’s closer to Dorothy than she’ll ever know. Just a street away in fact. rip to an absolute legend.
