A Way to Die: The Films of Peter Christopherson and John Balance 2023
There were times where I found myself thinking and feeling weird about the fact that these images and archived tapes were shown in this way. Having others use your work always changes the narrative you maybe intended for it.
It feels for me like it shouldn't have been all pieced together.
The shots itself taken by Christopherson were daring and grotesque with a certain comedic touch. A certain attention to details also is very prevelant in his shots.Translated from by -
