  The excruciation this biopic caused me was the same as when you’re sitting in the middle seat of an airplane and need to pee but cannot, for the person in the aisle is dead asleep. The landing of Dance First came oh so slowly and not without turbulence. My leg was bouncing restlessly through every aphorism, misquote, and bizarre attempt to romanticize Beckett’s infidelity. God, this was bad.
