Robert Pattinson! Bong Joon-ho! Sempre tive muitas expectativas sobre esse projeto e mesmo depois de muita espera, acho que não tinha momento melhor para Mickey 17 chegar. De alguma forma, excedeu todas as expectativas! Saudadesss de um filme de sci-fi original que busca intrigar e questionar (além de divertir). O filme é tudo isso. O otimismo do final dessa distopia me trouxe um acalento necessário para esses tempos sombrios.

The Brutalist 2024
I was about to give this 3 stars because of the obvious great things about it. The cinematography is amazing, the acting and the score are incredible. So many great things, completely ruined by a pointless rape scene right at the end. I fucking hate this. Truly it says nothing at all while trying to look so much deeper than it actually is. I knew i would not love this but I didn’t expect to hate it this so much. I can’t get over how unnecessary that entire scene was.

It’s her third film and I still get amazed at how much Greta Gerwig loves women. The amount of that love in every single one of her projects always overwhelms me. This was nothing like I expected and yet it always everything I needed. The comedy is perfect and natural, the drama is just right and when you add a amazing soundtrack, visuals and a awesome cast, you get this kind of magic. You get the movie of the year. She did it AGAIN, Joe!
