Well this film breaks the golden rule of script writing: Don’t tell, show. They literally say what they are currently showing in the flashbacks and even what emotion they are supposed to feel at that moment!

The Riddle of Jaan Niemand 2018
Like the director of the film said: ''We lack silence, especially in film'' and this film has silence, not literal but it's stripped of the unnecessary noise. Already the opening scene demands that you give it time. It's the type of a movie where many scenes feel so serene, you could almost watch it on a loop to fall into a meditative state. The the visual story telling is on point for me!
