Griffin in Summer 2024
Ojeju ale to było rozkoszne! Niby typowa historia o nastlatku, przyjaźni, pierwszej miłości i pierwszym zawodzie miłosnym ale wszystko nakręcone z takim sercem, pełne awkwardness i ciepłego humoru. Griffin, aspirujący scenopisarz śniący o NYC, z jednej strony zbyt dojrzały jak na swój wiek, a z drugiej tak uroczo niewinny i nieświadomy, no ujął mnie kompletnie. Fajne:)

A Real Pain 2024
This film made waves in Poland because it was mostly shot here (Warsaw, Lublin, Krasnystaw). Two cousins go on a journey tracing their Jewish Polish grandmother’s roots. On the plus side, it's cool to see your country on the big screen, and I love Kieran Culkin from *Succession*, but the film left me without any real reflection. It lacked a solid story and development of the main character’s relationship. I think for anyone not from Poland, it would just feel boring.

The second-to-last film is about an 18-year-old who meets an older version of herself. It's a funny and touching story about growing up, living in the moment, love, and gratitude… a total feel-good movie. Plus, Aubrey Plaza!
