    yeah. best picture through & through. indie cinema perfection, a screwball for the ages.

    I will not be able to put words to the way I feel about this movie for a while. watched it last night, dreamed about it, and woke up still thinking about it. truly fucked me up & altered my brain chemistry. what a film. It’s sensual, funny, devastating and profoundly sad. mikey madison you have my heart, sean baker you are my inspiration.

    I think this does for men what la la land does for the girls & the gays. i really wanted to like this movie but i stayed confused from the very beginning to the very end & i was never able to really connect the dots on whats happening, which tends to happen with sci fi movies for me. i still cried at the end regardless!

    sandra bullock is so incredibly charming & wonderful & gorgeous I just love her so much! not sure how I haven't seen this movie until now but I'm so glad I finally got around to watching it because it truly is such a funny and heartwarming movie. not completely sure what the pageant director lady expected to achieve by literally blowing up miss america's head, but was sat the whole time nonetheless.
