Started out as a fascinating look into the biggest environmental justice issue of our time, then immediately abandoned the actual people affected to instead focus on a petty fight between two white savior scientists. Somehow made me hate mark ruffalo, and confirmed my dislike of Alec Baldwin. They abandoned the community in favor of drama, not unlike the governor of Michigan. In that way, this film captured the crisis poignantly.
