theatre scene onwards i just started crying and couldn’t stop. naomi watts puts on what is surely the performance of a lifetime. if i was in acting i would base everything off her role in this. the combination of her and badalamenti breaks my heart. fucking hell

i am seeing this for the first time at almost age 30. sometimes i think it is a blessing i had a bizarro upbringing because it means i don’t see iconic things until i can appreciate how iconic they are. this made me totally lose it. thank god we finally defeated those capitalists in the cold war!!!
