This movie can get pretty cheesy but overall what I really like about it is how it combines some old timey elements with modern movie elements.

I’m mostly annoyed at how they ruined the use of the line “GET AWAY FROM HER YOU BITCH”. Why can’t this movie just stand on its own merit than having to borrow from another movie in the franchise.
Also not nearly enough xenomorph in this movie
As a huge fan of The Fifth Element I want to like this movie but dear god does the plot drag on. So many McGuffins. Valerian and Laureline are not charming in anyway.
The movie is visually stunning, it’s a shame the plot and characters don’t live up to the CGI
