Norte, The End of History 2013
The 4 hours is a bit of a tall order, and i think it could have easily gone down to 3 and still be a fantastic film. On the other hand, the runtime gives every major scene that much significance.
I wonder to myself if having any understanding of Filipino culture would help with appreciating this film more. Regardless, it's unique enough to stand out, but it may be a challenge for most, especially for myself.Translated from by -
