Pulp Fiction 1994
Good movie. I don’t usually like action-packed films but this movie is funny and does it well. Very obviously a Tarantino film…lotta feet. Very male-dominated also but Butch was a GOOD BOYFRIEND. Full of the type of comedy I like, really mundane conversations that are humorous in how unexpected they are in such a movie. I understand why it is my mom’s favorite movie. Need to watch again.

A Hole in the Head 1998
Mediocre documentary in terms of organization and continuity, but overall good. It’s on a niche topic I’m very intrigued by, and as such it gets major bonus points merely for being the only one of its kind. I enjoy all of the gore as I believe it is necessary to truly illustrate the topics being discussed. If I were to judge this documentary purely from a cinema standpoint, disregarding my personal interest in the topic, my rating may differ.
