so many moments where I think this could have become an interesting surprise thriller but it kept deciding to be boring and ridiculous

the people who rated this 5 stars make up the worst of letterboxd. you can say that this film was groundbreaking for cinema, but you wouldn’t evaluate any other film while disregarding its writing and message. in this case the writing and message are intentionally and disgustingly harmful, but also just contradictory and awful. I have had enough with the film bro devils advocate pseudo intellectuals in the reviews
