I really enjoyed this film and was surprised multiple times with the directions it went. I felt the care the cast took in portraying the complex characters they played and can see how this won Best Picture!

A Real Pain 2024
Loved the writing in this film and felt like I could relate to both of the main characters throughout. The monologues were stellar and I felt like the messaging was very important within the current political climate. Highly recommend!

Nosferatu 2024
First movie of 2025 started the year off strong. One takeaway from this movie: if you have a baddie at home who tells you to stay with her, just do it 😔 also, loved Willem’s ‘did I stutter?’ Moment 👏 I felt that the overall length was slightly too long, but that’s just my preference. This was packed with beautiful shots and really great performances. Would I see again? Probably not, but that’s because of genre preference and I typically gravitate to rewatching only happy / silly movies. But, that being said, I did enjoy my watch.
