Hereditary 2018
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
First 2/3 of the movie was good, albeit extremely disturbing as we see multiple desecrated corpses and the head of daughter being eaten by ants. The final part was pretty slow in my opinion and as more aspects of the ghost plot were introduced, the less the story worked for me, and they way it ended was borderline comedic. Also, despite being often labeled as one of the main staples of the modern horror genre, the scariest part of the film was the soundtrack.
