  Mission: Impossible II 2000

  God this was just so insanely bad. But it was bad in the comical way, I loved every second of this, even though almost every single choice it made was terrible. I don't even have that much of a review, it's so much more entertaining and so much worse than the first, there's so much slow motion, the dialogue is horrendous, the woman is going to kill herself for a man she barely knows, I definitely see how this inspired Pathaan. Terrible movie, loved every second of it.

  This was incredibly well done. I don't think it all fully worked for me, but it was very very well done. The acting was all very good, the screenplay was amazing and I absolutely loved all the little parallel scenes in their lives like the quote about the wrong train, the scene with saajan music playing for both, and more. I actually think the weakest part was the romance, I think this would've worked better as just a close friendship…

  I guess I should log this now, you can see all my reviews of the individual ones, but in general I thought this was incredibly well done. It had a lot to say from so many different perspectives, and used the format it was made in to the fullest extent. Mangrove was easily my favorite, I thought the 3-5th were all good, and I didn't like Lovers Rock. It provides so many unique ways in which people of color experience…
