Super accurate depiction of privilege in the midst of the pandemic. Plus, an even more accurate depiction of the dependence and corruption that happens in American industries too heavily influenced by the upper class. But what I love most is that Miles Bron is basically just Elon Musk, but I won’t get into that🤭

Fear Street: 1666 2021
I’ve never seen a series get better as it goes on, but here we are. This was easily the best movie of the series. It circles back to the classism that was missed in the first film, and discusses groupthink, homophobia, and sexism. There were solid plot twists, the acting was great, and unlike the first film, the music felt purposeful and less kitschy. Unfortunately, you do have to watch the first two movies for this one to make sense, but all in all, I would say this is a solid thriller!
