Genuinely went into this expecting some typical 70s cheese, but I was so wrong! The cinematography and lighting were way better than I expected, and even the special effects really held up. A surprisingly solid horror film that still feels intense today.
Also big shocker... you *can* write horror movie characters who aren't annoying as fuck.
