I'm an absolute sucker for a courtroom drama, and I totally get why this is considered one of the best ever made...not to mention one of the most groundbreaking for (among other things) its frank and extensive discussion of rape, reoccuring use of the word "panties" (acceptable use of which was debated in the film itself) and clinical discussion of sex, thereby challenging the infamously moralistic Hollywood Production Code.
