I don't know what to think about this movie.
I'm equally in awe and bored. The premise is equally really f*cking cool and confusing. The dialogue is equally terrible and unironically hilarious. The breakneck pacing made it feel like I missed half of the movie.
I can confidently say the action, music, and performances are all solid. Ludwig Goransson does not miss.
"Inverted explosion was pushing against the environment."
"Pissing in the wind."
Like wtf is some of this dialogue?

All 4 stars are for "Determinate", "Breakthrough", and of course "She's So Gone" (HOLY SHIT NAOMI WENT F*CKING HARD!!). They're actually bangers. My ass might buy this movie's vinyl.

The bad acting/script is so f*cking funny to me. Honestly, Naomi wasn't as bad as the others. I thought I was just biased, but my mom agreed with me.
This was damn near perfect. It 100% deserves all the recognition it has received.
Beautiful animation, story, environment, music, and characters. The capybara is GOATED. I still can't believe this was made in Blender. Props to the crew who created this masterpiece.
Also, I never thought I would say this about a movie but, F*CK those dogs.
HOLY F*CKING SHIT...
I don't know where to start. I'm honestly speechless. I hadn't seen this since opening weekend in IMAX. I'm normally not interested in history pieces, especially 3+ hours, but I couldn't look away from the screen on this rewatch.
The atomic bomb sequence and the ending are some of my favorite moments in any piece of media. They are the definition of that Martin Scorsese "Absolute Cinema" meme.
