It’s interesting that some TV shows are on here but anyway. Found this very interesting!

Even better when watching this for the second time in a week (or 2)

Charming and lovely with lovely music and singing from Barbara Stanwyck. The supporting cast in this is also strong and this film gets away with a questionable under the Hays code plot of an old man trying to get his son and daughter in law to fuck. Apparently they got away with this by arguing he wanted a family and for them to be happy. Good for them the Hays code was for nerds anyway. 
The last scene (spoiler) where Barbara returns to the river boat for her kimono and becomes enraged to find Leota wearing it was very fun to me personally.
