From a technical standpoint, this movie does almost everything right. Unlike the second movie, this movie is fast-paced, there's not a scene that drags. When the movie is about Art horrifically murdering people, it's pretty fun! The rest of the movie drags, even in the end when it literally still is Art killing people. That isn't to say the plot is boring, but rather it's poorly paced. At multiple points I was like "is there seriously this much time left?"
One thing I don't get is why the police are like "there's a fucker dressed like a clown killing people" and then everyone sees a fucker dressed like a clown and does nothing about it.
But overall, an enjoyable movie. Kinda want to see T3rrifier now. 6/10.
