  Watching El Dorado in a theater was fantastic! The music, the animation, the voice acting - all of it is IMPECCABLE. One of my absolute favorite movies. I have and always will identify with Altivo the horse - a true icon.

  Realized about halfway through that this movie absolutely inspired A Bug’s Life. There was a lot of quiet in this movie, something I initially didn’t understand but by the end was pretty into. It gave space to a lot of character development across the large cast and clear, measurable stakes that kept me invested in the outcome of the fight. Some really interesting things to say about morality.
