Promising Young Woman 2020
Once you've seen older rape-revenge movies like Ms. 45 or I Spit on Your Grave, you'll understand just how weak-sauce Promising Young Woman is.
Every time you think the film will take a risk and have the protagonist do something the audience might not like, it stops and pulls back. So all Cassie really does is find rape-y guys, shake her finger at them, and say "Don't do it again!" She's the world's least dangerous vigilante. The film doesn't have the guts to make her an anti-hero, or even ambiguous.

I had high hopes. Most of the plot is about the two leads clashing with a trio of mobsters. It doesn't say anything BDSM or working as a pro-domme. It does provide a reason to put Tricia Helfer in sexy outfits.
