The Dark Knight 2008
one of the, if not the greatest movies of all time. This movie delves deep into the psyche of the characters, chaos vs order, vigilantism vs heroism and the moral ambiguities that define human nature.
I deeply think one of the main themes of this masterpiece is the question how far one must go to protect the innocent, and at what cost to one’s own soul. Batman’s struggle it’s not just physically but deeply existential, as he “wrestles” with one who doesn’t play by any rules.

wow. this is def one of the best movies ever made. you can clearly see Nolan's genius. From the acting to the metaphors present in this movie, it's evident that Nolan has crafted a masterpiece. also the depth of character development is very well made , especially Robert , who went from a genius physicist to "death, destroyer of worlds" who visually regrets his actions yet we can't truly see what was deep inside his heart
