  Nolan manages to make us forget the lack of a real script by offering the viewer a unique audiovisual experience. One of those films that loses a lot when seen outside the movie theater.

  Ok, as I said before, there isn't a real script, and this is often a problem in Nolan's movies; but, imo, this time I think that the lack of script is more justified by the essence of the movie itself: a beautiful, concrete and essential tale about war, through images and sound.

  Nolan's best work, for me.

  After the first trilogy, Star Wars taught us that when you try to make things more complex, you fail. That's the reason why The Mandalorian is a wonderful show: it tells us a simple, linear story (as Star Wars should be), it offers us settings and rythm of a space western, like the original trilogy.

  Obi Wan Kenobi tried to fill a hole, telling a story that seeemed to be fascinating because It was left to our immagination.
