  Had to re rate this after actually learning about and playing D&D in real life and realizing this isn’t just a fun adventure comedy. It is so accurate to a real D&D experience, the lore is accurate, there’s points in the movie u can tell are insight, arcana, history, etc checks. Great movie for d&d players and non d&d players

  This movie is based on a real women who lives in reading Pennsylvania. I know cuz my mom drives the city bus there now and knows Beth personally. She brings her multiple cans of pringles a day to the point where my mothers basement is full of prongles and she gives them to me every week too. But apparently O’Donnells portrayal is pretty accurate to the real thing according to my mom who sees the real Beth every day.

  Just finished this and can’t believe I’ve taken this long to watch this. The animation is just absolutely beautiful the characters are so fun and the music is so calming and pretty. Just an all around great experience
