holy shit the waterworks started like 5 minutes in for me. and i already read the one shot. fujimoto truly is an absolute legend at storytelling, and this anime adaptation really did the one shot so much justice

ok this movie is too real that's why i knocked it down by .5 stars because i felt attacked, so out of spite i gave it 4.5 instead of 5
the theme of 'true love prevails over all the hardship and pain' and the depiction of loving enough to forgive all the wrongdoings in the past is so beautiful to me augh.. also the soundtrack is beautiful ofc.
