  watched this for middle school me who read all the books - they changed so much from the source material that it actually pissed me off. why do all films need to have the stupid jock going to an insanely competitive school nowadays, it was way more interesting reading about lara jean deciding between UNC versus staying in state than Berkeley-Stanford vs NYU, and it’s like they rushed every single plot point and character development and just made this for the sake of completing the trilogy but like 😭😭 my standards were low but my god.

  the edits to ‘army dreamers’ by kate bush really made me want to watch this. i’m not the biggest fan of war movies cause i find some can be quite repetitive (and also they make me cry a lot) but this had some beautiful beautiful shots
