  I absolutely love the monster hunter series; however, this is not what I entirely wanted from its theatrical debut. The monster hunter universe is interesting on it's on and does not need this weird military and real-world plotline added onto it.

  The main character with the language gap issue feels so forced and drags the movie's pacing down. This could have been a simple movie about hunting monsters but we don't really get that. The fun of monster hunter is…
