definitely my new favorite movie. i relate clementine's impulsiveness, sensitivity, and flightiness a lot and how that plays into her relationship with joel, who is more reserved. the mind erasing procedure is such a creative way to convey how people feel after a breakup; wanting to forget the other person without realizing all the beautiful memories that leave too. & as joel’s memories of clementine falls apart he realizes that life without pain is life without any color.
