This feels like it was made by the most annoying liberal you know. You can tell this was written and directed by people who only watch marvel movies but somehow they made something that says even less.
The execution of its slapstick and action is horrible.
Obviously the story is just supposed to be setup for the action but I have literally never cared less for a romance. Not even the ceo of sex could save this movie for me.…
Yeah this was fire. It was interesting how the film changes points of view a couple of times and it feels like we have new protagonists for a while. I loved how the movie felt like a game of chess with characters trying to oneup eachother
Hartnett is amazing in this. We see the emotionless part of him that gives people a false sense of security but we also see his authentic love for his kids which is great.
My one criticism is with Shyamalan’s neice (or daughter?) who couldnt really sell the dramatic scenes for me.
I don’t remember the last time a movie made me ugly cry like that.
This was beautiful, not only in the gorgeous 2D animation that i wish more animation studios would stop being scared of using, but also what it says about humanity and our longing for connections new and old.
