Gladiator II 2024
I was expecting it to be derivative of the original and it was to an extent, but it was different enough to be enjoyed. Paul Mescal and Russell Crowe are different enough as main characters to make it feel new enough. Pedro Pascal and Denzel Washington are my Standouts, Pedro I found to be the most similar to Maximus and Denzel is clearly enjoying himself. BUT ALSO, HOW DO THE ROMANS HAVE THE ABILITY TO KEEP GREAT WHITE SHARKS ALIVE AND WELL TO PUT THEM IN THE COLOSSEUM? THE BIGGEST AQUARIUM DORKS OF OUR MORDERN AGE CAN'T EVEN DO THAT
