  Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain 2021

  I absolutely loved that the director and Bourdain’s friends made the focal point of this documentary Bourdain’s personality - how his personality would grow throughout the chapters of his life. All of the people who spoke on behalf of him cared about him deeply and it was touching to see a biopic on a celebrity’s life with a saddening end being created by people who genuinely cared about Anthony Bourdain and not just other elites getting a bit of silver screen time speaking on behalf of a man they only knew for an evening. This did in fact leave a mark on me

  i was going to give this one star but the very final scene was terrible. not because of the gore, but because of the premise that vicky now has stockholm syndrome for art- and the birthing of his head?? wtf is that, if the only goal of this film is to be snuff for the general public then sure it will excel, but it’s nothing but a joke to me
