feel like they barely showed the mains together enough (besides over the phone) for me to root for them. really wanted her with theo because they seemed to get on well and had a lot in common. also didn’t hurt that jesse is pretty to look at and they had good chemistry. also feel like we saw so much of her kid with her best friend and then when they would cut back to her in NY it just felt a bit off.

I’ve seen the plot before, but never this exact execution so how they would even get the gold off a plane while staying in the air was intriguing to me. the ending gagged me because I wasn’t expecting any of that at all. gugu and kevin had surprisingly good chemistry, I want a second movie just to kinda see more of them! also want to know what they do next since she basically joined the team

Barbie 2023
I had so much fun watching this. I didn’t know what to expect from this movie, but I enjoyed it all. During the movie there were times when I was the only one laughing, I just know my inner child is pleased. I loved the small details in barbieland such as the food and showering, just as if you’d be playing with a barbie yourself. Such a fun movie with great performances and music. Also, was really surprised to hear lizzo, but loved how the reprise on the second day changed completely to fit how barbie was feeling and that lizzo broke the fourth wall.

although I knew the main plot of the movie, I was very surprised by the other plots and storylines as well. loved the friendship between the characters and i wish they all would’ve gotten away with it and that none of them had to die.
