Even with my own poor translation, the antics of this film shine through. There's a great playfulness in the songs, especially as they leap in tone and rhythm between characters. Fong Yim-Fen is a comedic powerhouse and her performance had me laughing out loud multiple times throughout. I would love to see an official release (and a professional English translation)!

"It's dark and it's lonely in there..."
I went into this film expecting a B-grade horror. What I got was the barest, truest reflection of grief, anxiety, and depression that I've seen in any film in a long time, intended or not.
Candace Hilligoss' performance was raw and powerful; ranging from grim resignation to complete breakdown; passing as functional to slipping into reckless coping mechanisms; 0 to 100.
Certainly cheesy at times, undoubtedly low-budget, but ultimately unforgettable.

We watched this for fredagsmys and it was incomprehensible. Maybe it would have been more enjoyable if that wasn't just how Swedes are? Also there were no fika breaks, 0/10, unrealistic.
