Gorgeous cinematography. It's a shame it didn't seem to know where to put its emphasis. There were many relevant plot points that could've been explored in a better and more elegant way. Harley Quinn, Arthur's mental state, the court case, the prison (guards), the side characters, etc, etc. Everything was connected to each other, yes, but not properly explored, which made it fall flat and therefor less interesting for the watcher to become attached to.
