  Much more interesting than I expected.. I love the premise of an almost magnificent obsession esque absolute-“honesty”-and -“love”-focused religious fad forcing the idle rich to confront their various hypocrisies, and Joan’s performance has a false and exhausting quality that works for this... other reviews have mentioned its many flaws but where this failed me personally is in its unimaginative personality and arc for the abandoned daughter, whose issues are patly resolved rather than exacerbated by her mother’s reappearance and scathing beauty advice? I would kms

  veeery slight, slow, obvious, and probably not really a movie, but these reviews are cracking me up.. how fake women hiking movie fans look when real women hiking movie fans come at them. if it were up to me every actress would be required to do one of these in their 40s/50s
