This is either my 4th or 5th rewatch, but it only has cemented my feeling that this is my favorite Tarantino flick. A truly romantic film, with a killer soundtrack, & a glorious open ending. Pam Grier embodies the soul of her ‘70s Blaxploitation characters & takes it even further. Robert Forster (RIP) is absolutely the man in this & proves he’s a hard mf’er w. a respectable soft side. My only gripe? Sam Jackson’s fucked up ass hair. Hate it.

Lynch’s goofy love story masterpiece. ‘90s Nic Cage. Young Laura Dern. An ugly Willem Dafoe w. fucked up teeth. One of the most satisfying endings to a film that I’ve seen in a long time. You’ll laugh, you might cry, hopefully both. I need me a snakeskin jacket. Love me tender.
