Ex Machina 2015
Though the knife is thought to be unrealistic, I feel like it suit the movie. In the intense fighting scene, I noticed that Nathan had to struggle against Ava. It led me to believe that she was strong and almost more powerful than he was physically. So when the knife just slide into him, I feel as though there was no struggle for her to pierce him because of her strength.
