Captain America: Brave New World 2025
Distinctly average. Probably not even that good actually. For me Marvel either needs to commit to extending existing storylines or character development (that won’t make a lot of sense to new fans) or create something new and unapologetically push boundaries (like Guardians of the Galaxy). This just did neither. Introduced red hulk but did it in a pretty inconsequential way. I feel like the film was just a placeholder. The CGI generally seemed off and looked cringey. One positive is…

A brilliant portrayal of human emotion, conflict and crises. Stunning performances and excellent writing. Does more with 12 people in one room than modern Hollywood blockbusters achieve with huge budgets, actions scenes and special effects.
