"Everything we did, all those people we saved, look what it got us. What if just once, we did something for us?"

When the movie ended I turned to my dad who had been watching it with me and told him that they could not have picked a better song (or playlist) for that matter. The heroes of Class 1A, as well as pro heroes, find themselves in a situation that requires them to break out of, to fight against an unlikely villain, testing their skills and their wits.

The film is simple to follow, and can be watched as a standalone without having to watch the actual anime.

This movie was not what I had expected of a typical romance comedy. But I was pleasantly surprised, and definitely not disappointed.

While some scenes were fast-paced, the plot was easy to catch on and the plot twist that followed was just as much of a shocker. The humour was perfectly timed and this movie definitely deserved more than the 48% it has on Rotten Tomatoes.

Also, Emilia Clarke is gorgeous in this movie.
