28 Weeks Later 2007
This was disappointing. Despite one of the best opening scenes ever the movie really goes downhill. If I had a word for this movie it would be unnecessary. Whether it’s certain deaths, plot ideas, and actions to show their love a certain character does. It’s just stupidly unnecessary. It still can be watched and enjoyed. But I just don’t care about the characters or story. Disappointed.

The Boy and the Heron 2023
Controversial, but I didn’t love it as much as I wanted to. I think it’s an absolute spectacle and explores some really good themes perfectly. I just think the pacing is off. Still a possible watch.
