Marcel the Shell with Shoes On 2021
Possibly the best portrait of grief I've ever seen. Jenny Slate opened the screening with “we wanted to give you all a dark room to cry in” and she didn’t disappoint. The film blends comedy and sadness in deft balance to display the pain and joy that memories possess.
