Direction was dark and direct. Critin Milloti and Colin Farrel put on acting master classes throughout the show.
There are a few moments that take you out throughout the series, however, they are minor incurrances upon the episode the viewer is watching.

Jesus fucking christ this had so much potential.
I don't think a movie has ever made me angrier.
Halfway through there's a triad of cum and fart jokes with absolutely no pay off from what the scene set up. SPOILERS he cheats on his wife. No consequences.
Nic Cage tries so hard, but the editing and script are just such absolute trash, it makes all of that a waste.
