Russo Brothers, Ke Huy Quan and Giancarlo Esposito died for Netflix's sins.. shit was a disaster. It's like a shitty Avengers Endgame, but for 10 year olds, who are constantly looking at tablets etc.

  • Anora

    Anora

    ★★★★

I haven't watched anything like Anora since Parasite (2019). The cinematography, along with the dark atmosphere, felt so similar. Funny conversations leading into a disastrous theme, the way scenes transition, and the overall camera perspective make you appreciate it right away.

Sean Baker finally put all his experience and the mood of his previous films into this one. I'm not saying it's the best shit ever, but he did a great job. Finally, a movie that leaves you with fulfillment…

    The Gorge

    ★★★★

The Gorge is a well-balanced mix of The Great Wall (2016), Annihilation (2018), Resident Evil and some random sniper movie. Decent acting by decent actors. Releasing it on Valentine's Day is a nice touch, yet many people somehow disliked it. What were they expecting? The Shawshank Redemption, maybe?

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver

I wanted to throw up so badly after seeing all those characters, ships, robots, guns, lightsaber fight, storyline, etc., because it is a blatant rip-off of Star Wars. I'm devastated by how unoriginal it is. Just when I thought, 'Oh God, not this again,' because of how much rip-off it is, Snyder surprised me with yet another familiar element. A few fight scenes were great, but only because they were LITERALLY from Star Wars. Bro, if you wanted to make a Star Wars movie, all you had to do was sign a contract with Lucasfilm.
